Jeff attained a BSc (Hons) in Psychology at Bangor University, then began his career as a HR Management Information Analyst for a FTSE 100 company.

Jeff supports Oculus in matters of regulatory compliance, management information, technology and the streamlining of the firm’s processes. He holds the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments, working on completing his Chartered Wealth Manager qualification.

In his spare time, Jeff enjoys travelling with his wife, attending live music events with friends and collecting vinyl records. He also enjoys playing the guitar, which he has done since an early age.
