Tom joined the financial services industry in 2001, after graduating with a degree in English. He has enjoyed a variety of roles within the sector, specialising in compliance monitoring and oversight.

In his role as Compliance Manager, he focuses on achieving the right client outcomes, while ensuring that the firm not only meets but exceeds its regulatory obligations. He holds the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

In his spare time, Tom enjoys cooking, reading, and relaxing in front of a film.
